A backslash anywhere else in the text ends the line without adding a CR. This allows
two or more lines to be concatenated. If you need to print a backslash use two: “\\”.

or not.

Any of the text lines 1-6 may be placed here instead of the header using special characters at
the start of the text line. This is rarely necessary but may help with unusual printing
requirements. The optional blank lines will be after this section.
