Frame for outdoors
Folding outdoor frame with front pirouetting wheels, and brakes on back wheels.
It enables the seat to face either towards the street or towards the caregiver,
and it is equipped with tilt-in-space.
It is equipped with springs for shock absorbtion for use on uneven ground.

The pushbar handle can spin to 360°. Please, be careful that, while
placing the handle, brake wires do not wrap around the pushbar.
