Cause 1

The CO

Sensor is damaged and communication to the CO
2
Sensor is disrupted.
Solution
：
Replace the CO
2
sensor.
Cause 2
：
The Gas Unit is damaged and communication to the CO
2
Sensor is disrupted.
Solution
：
Replace the GAS Unit I/F.
Analog Output
The signal is not outputted.
Cause
：
The signal line is not properly wired.
Solution
：
Properly connect the signal line of the external output cable.
The ECG waveform is not outputted.
Cause
：
The external output cable is wrongly wired.
Solution
：
Properly connect the ECG waveform of external output cable (green) and the ground
(Shielded wire).
Note
：
1V/1mV±10% 1k Ω to ∞Ω Terminal
The BP waveform is not outputted.
Cause
：
The external output cable is wrongly wired.
Solution
：
For BP waveform1, properly connect BP1 (white) and ground (shield).
For BP waveform2, properly connect BP2 (black) and ground (shield).
Note
：
1V/100mmHg±10% 1k Ω to ∞Ω Terminal
The QRS SYNC Signal is not outputted.
Cause
：
The external output cable is wrongly wired.
Solution
：
Properly connect the QRS SYNC Output of external output cable (red) and the
ground (shield).
