Interval:
Enter the interval value used here. This value must be between 5 and 600 seconds. By default, this value is
5 seconds.
Retries:
Enter the retries value used here. This value must be between 0 and 360. By default, this value is 3. Tick the
Infinite option to disable this feature.
From Port / To Port:
Select the appropriate port range used for the configuration here.
Type:
Select the type of storm attack that will be controlled here. Options to choose from are
Broadcast

Multicast

and
Unicast
. When the action is configured as the shutdown mode, the unicast refers to both known and unknown
unicast packets; that is, if the known and unknown unicast packets hit the specified threshold, the port will be
shutdown.

packets per second. If the low PPS value is not specified, the default value is 80% of the specified risen PPS.
PPS Low:

. Enter the low packets per second value here. This
option specifies the low threshold value in packets count per second. This value must be between 0 and 14881000
packets per second. If the low PPS value is not specified, the default value is 80% of the specified risen PPS.

The fields that can be configured are described below:
KBPS Rise:
Enter the rise KBPS value used here. This option specifies the rise threshold value as a rate of kilobits
per second at which traffic is received on the port. This value must be between 0 and 2147483647 Kbps.
KBPS Low:
Enter the low KBPS value used here. This option specifies the low threshold value as a rate of kilobits per
second at which traffic is received on the port. This value must be between 0 and 2147483647 Kbps. If the low KBPS
is not specified, the default value is 80% of the specified risen KBPS.
