Canceling Printing
3.3.2 Canceling Printing from the Notification Message

Displays the Notification Message.

Click the [Spooler] button.
The list of print jobs is displayed on the Spooler screen.
Note:
When you click the title of a column such [Print order], [File name] or [Status], the print jobs
are sorted in ascending or descending order according to the clicked column.

Select the print job you wish to abort.
You can select multiple continuous rows by holding down the Shift key.
You can select multiple non-continuous rows by holding down the Ctrl key.
Note:
Print jobs shown in gray cannot be aborted on the Spooler screen because they are printing
instructions from other than the printer driver. Stop printing from the application that issued
the print command.
