6.2.6.2 Collect Logs
Saves the log files accumulated in the printer. Log files whether for the past one day or for all can
be selected to be saved.
1.
Click the [History] button on the main screen.
The “History” screen is displayed.
2.
Check that a powered-on printer is connected.
3.
Click [Save (Past 1 days)] or [Save (All)] button.
The log is saved as a zip file.
The log data is saved in the following location:
Save Folder
Name Windows C:\FUJIFILM_DE100\
Mac OS X \Library\Logs\FUJIFILM\DE100\
Save File Name • Past 1 days : L-S-xxxxxxxxxxx-YYYYMMDD_hhmmss.zip
• All : L-xxxxxxxxxxx-YYYYMMDD_hhmmss.zip
(xxxxxxxxxxx: Serial Number, YYYY: Year, MM: Month, DD: Day,
hh: Hour, mm: Minute, ss: Second)
■ When maintenance tool cannot be operated
1.
Move to the following path using Explorer or Finder.
[Windows] C:\FUJIFILM_DE100\
[Mac OS X] \Library\Logs\FUJIFILM\
2.
Compress the following folder (zip file).
[Windows] “log” folder
[Mac OS X] “DE100” folder
3.
Add a date and time, etc. to the zip file name.
