Cautions When Using the FinePix S9100_9600 Adjustment Software
< Notes for adjustment >
1. The adjustment item is different because of changed parts.
2. Refer to Service Manual for details of a
necessary adjustment after parts replacement.
3. Half rise the CONST CASE TOP
when need to AF-Sensor adjustment.
4. Use the Power Cable Jig when making adjustment.
5. Set the xD-picture card of 64MB or more
that has been formatted in the camera.
6. Execute the end setting after using the adjustment software.
7. Notes have been described to the service manual besides the
above-mentioned, and advance the adjustment after it refers.
Press the [Enter] key to proceed to the Jig Mode Setup screen.

4-7. Starting the Adjustment Software
<Step 1>
Double-click on [FFW.EXE] (Fig. 4-5-3) in the folder copied to the C drive (see ‘4-5-1. Various downloading software
decompressions, preservation methods and notes’) to display the adjustment software start-up screen.
<Step 2>
Run the adjustment in accordance with the instructions on the screen.
—> The [Cautions When Using the Adjustment Software] screen appears.
<Step 3>
—> The [Jig Mode Setup] screen appears.
