Chapter 7  Storage and Maintenance

7.4  Relocation

Note

  Do not apply strong impact on the scope connector or LG connector of the endoscope 

by hitting it against other objects, etc. Install the light source so that no strong impact 
is applied to the endoscope connected to the light source. When operating an 
electric bed, etc., avoid hitting it against the scope connector or LG connector of the 
endoscope connected to the light source. There is a risk of damaging the endoscope 
or light source. 

When moving the light source installed on the cart, follow the procedure below.

(1)  Turn off the power to the light source, processor and cart in advance.

Make sure that the monitor is fixed on the cart.

(2)  Unplug the power cord of the cart from the receptacle, and wind it around the handle on 

the rear side. Unlock the cart casters.
