Image Adjustment button
The [Image Adjustment] dialog box is displayed. Set [RGB Color Correction], [Source RGB Profile], [RGB Gamma
Correction], and [RGB Color Temperature].

You can set the vividness of RGB images. When selecting [Basic Features], you can set the details for only [RGB
Gamma Correction].
RGB Color Correction
Set the color correction method for RGB images in documents. You can set this item only when [Advanced Features]
is selected.
• [Perceptual] *
This prioritizes gradation when correcting color. This corrects color while maintaining balance among
photographs and graphics.
• [Saturation]
This prioritizes saturation when correcting color. This corrects the vividness toward graphics.
• [Relative Colorimetric]
This harmonizes colors for the color domain that can be reproduced, and corrects colors of a different color
domain that cannot be reproduced by the printer to the closest possible color.
• [Absolute Colorimetric]
This mode does not adjust the white of paper with the white of data entered. Depending on the RGB
temperature color setting, even white sections may be printed with color.
NOTE:
• After closing the dialog box, the values specified here are shown in [RGB Color Correction] displayed on the [Color Options]
tab.
Source RGB Profile
Specify the RGB entry profile. This specification is combined with the RGB color correction setting for outputting
documents. You can set this item only when [Advanced Features] is selected.

RGB Gamma Correction
Use the RGB gamma correction function and you can adjust the brightness of RGB images in documents. Select to
suit the display used. Setting the value larger prints darker. The default setting is [2.2].

RGB Color Temperature
Select the color temperature on the display so as to print with the color closest to the color displayed on the monitor.
You can set this item only when [Advanced Features] is selected.
