STATION A - Control area
The operator must be at this station when the machine is carrying out
a wrapping cycle.
It is the station from where the operator starts and stops the machine
and changes the machine working modes. It also allows visual
surveillance of the work cycle, so that the operator can activate the
emergency stop device in the event of potentially dangerous situations.
STATION B - Work area
In the work area the operator carries out the following operations:
• attaches the film to a corner of the pallet to start the work cycle;
• cuts the film at the end of the work cycle.
DANGER
Attaching and cutting the film must be done with the machine
cycle stopped and the turntable not moving.
STATION C - maintenance area
In the maintenance area the operator carries out the following
operations:
• changes the film roll;
• adjusts the film tension, if mounted on the carriage.
WARNING
All operations that can be performed in station “C” must be carried
out with the turntable fully down and the machine stopped.
DANGER
IT IS FORBIDDEN TO CROSS THE CENTRAL MACHINE AREA MARKED
AS “D”.
