BIOS Configuration
USB KB Wake-Up From S3:
Use this item to enable USB activity to
wakeup the system from a power saving mode. The default setting is
“Disabled.”
CPU Thermal-Throttling:
This item sets the percentage of time that the
CPU is idled if CPU throttling is initiated by excess heat. The options
are:

Resume by Alarm:
When set to “Enabled,” you may set the date (day of
the month), hour, minute and second to turn on your system. When set
to set “0” (zero) for the day of the month, the alarm will power on your
system every day at the specified time.
**Reload Global Timer Events**
Global Timer (power management) events are I/O events whose
occurrence can prevent the system from entering a power saving mode
or can awaken the system from such a mode. In effect, the system
remains alert for anything that occurs to a device that is configured as
Enabled
, even when the system is in a power down mode.
Primary/Secondary IDE 0/1:
When enabled, any activity on the primary
or secondary IDE channels will wake up the system from a power saving
mode.
FDD, COM, LPT Port:
When enabled, any activity on the floppy disk
drive (FDD), serial ports (COM), or parallel ports (LPT) will wake up the
system from a power saving mode.
PCI PIRQ[A-D]#:
When enabled, any activity on the PCI card channels
will wake up the system from a power saving mode. Press
