ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 1
It will take two people to assemble your unit.
Remove all the components from the carton.
See figure 1.
STEP 2
Connect the computer extension wire (53) to
the lower computer wire (52).
NOTE: Ensure that the wire is safely inserted in the
upright to avoid pinching the computer wire.
See figure 2.
STEP 3
Fasten the right upright (4) into the frame base (2)
securing with two button head bolts 5/16” x 1/2” (103),
two flat washer 5/16” (105) at the side of the upright and
two button head bolts 5/16” x 1/2” (103), two curved
washer 5*16” (104) at the front of the upright using the
M5 allen wrench (106).
Repeat for left side.
HAND TIGHTEN ONLY FOR NOW

STEP 4
Connect the computer extension cable (53) to the
upper computer extension wire (54).
Connect the speed adj. switch w/cable (58) to the
upper speed cable (58A).
Connect the incline adj. switch w/cable (59) to the
upper incline cable (59A).
See figure 4 & 5.
STEP 5
Install the console support assembly (6) into the
right and left uprights (4,5) securing with four button
head bolts 5/16” x ½” (103) using the M5 allen wrench (106).
HAND TIGHTEN ONLY FOR NOW
See figure 6.
NOTE: Carefully insert the wires inside the console
assembly, so that you do not pinch and cut the wires
when fastening the console assembly
.
ENSURE THAT ALL NUTS AND BOLTS ARE
FIRMLY TIGHTEN
