Speed:
Displays the current speed in miles per hour.
Pulse:
Displays the user’s current heart rate in beats per minutes during the workout.
To display your heart rate, you must hold both handrails or use the chest strap.
Note:
This is a rough guide used for comparison of different exercise sessions, which
cannot
be
used
for
medical
purposes.
Incline: Displays the incline position from 0 to 10
Program:
Displays
your
current
program.
Laps
Displays the total laps accumulated from L00 to L99. Press “mode” button to switch from laps to
program.
Lube:
Displays a reminder as to when to lubricate the walking board.
Press “mode” button to remove this message.
Remarks
1.
You can stop your program at any time by pressing “stop” button. The speed will show zero and all
original data will be saved. Simply press “start” button to resume your program. To clear your data,
press “mode” button and all values will be set to 0.
2.
The monitor will only shut off when the safety key is removed.
