Function Buttons on monitor:
Program:
There are a total of 11 programs select from. Manual, P1 to P5 are speed and incline program, 3
user and 2 heart rate control.
Fast:
Press the “fast” button to increase your speed from 1 mph to 10 mph.
Slow:
Press the “slow” button to decrease your speed from 10 mph to 1 mph.
Start:
Press the “start” button to start your treadmill.
Stop:
Press the “stop” button to stop your treadmill.
Up:
Press the “up” button to raise the incline position. The maximum incline position is 10.
Down:
Press the “down” button to lower the incline position. The minimum incline position is 0.

5 preset speed: 2 mph / 4 mph / 6 mph / 8 mph / 10 mph
Press your desired speed and the treadmill will automatically adjust to your preset speed.
5 preset incline: 2%, 4%, 6%, 8%, 10% incline.
Press your desired incline position and the treadmill will automatically adjust to your preset
incline.

Distance:
Displays the distance traveled in miles per hour.
Counts
down
from
your
preset
target
distance
to

Time:
Displays your elapsed workout time in minutes up to 99:59
Counts down from
your preset target time to 00:00 during your workout
Calories:
Displays the cumulative calories burned at any given time during your workout.
Counts down from
your preset target calories to 0 during your workout.
