To forward a copy of the messages to a specific recipient, tick all the check boxes in front
of the message that you want to forward, and then click the Forward icon
.

To search for the records or define the search criteria, click the Search icon
, the search
page will be displayed.
Once you enter the keywords for search, click “Search” button to perform the search.
Depends on the data volume, the search in the email database may take some time.
