Recorded Service
Under Service section, a list of protocols that can be captured by the currently firmware
will be listed.
In the current firmware, ICR appliance supports all major protocols used in network
communication, including SMPT, POP3, IMAP, HTTP, IM, Web SMTP, Web POP3, FTP and
Telnet.

SMTP Messages
It captures and archives all the emails sent from the internal mail server with SMTP
protocol.
Records can be searched with combined criteria, the inquiry can use keywords to search in
recipient, sender, email subject, email body, session direction, with or without
attachments, and date of sending.
Be default, the records will be shown for today’s data. To change to a different date in the
past, click the drop down list at the top.
