DISPOSAL OF OLD ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT
The customer accepts the responsibility of disposing of the goods delivered to them, at the end of the
life of the product, at their own cost, in accordance with the legal regulations. The customer indemni-
fies Franke from the obligations, according to § 10 paragraph 2 ElektroG (manufacturer’s obligation to
take returns) and other claims on a third party in this context. Franke’s claim to acceptance/release
through the customer does not release over time and after use, this is ended with the proper disposal
by the customer. If the customer passes the goods onto a third party, the customer is obligated to
guarantee the disposal obligation at the end of the product life. In the case that the customer wants
Franke to take on the product disposal, Franke GmbH will give the customer a quotation for taking
the goods back and disposing of them, at the time of the disposal. Costs for transport and disposal
will be invoiced to the customer.
15 DISMANTLING,
DISPOSAL
Before dismantling the equipment, all food remains must be removed and the equipment must be thoroughly cleaned.
Dismantling of the equipment must be carried out by qualified personnel, in accordance with the manufacturer’s instruc-
tions, please observe local safety regulations.
Dispose of the equipment in accordance with local regulations. It is essential that you observe the regulations and laws
for disposing of environmentally-unfriendly materials. You must carry out detailed research on their disposal, such mate-
rials are, for example, refrigerants or plastics.

Release of refrigerant into the atmosphere is strictly prohibited! The cooling circuit is
filled with R 290 (propane). ATTENTION: Propane is highly flammable!
CAUTION!
The device is very heavy and top-heavy
(above 200 kg)
