4 TEMPERATURE
DISPLAY
Using a clean, sanitized towel, wipe down the freezer’s interior, chute doors, and the dispense area to remove any remaining mois-
ture. Make sure that all components that were removed for cleaning are completely dry before installing them.
- Persons may use the equipment after instruction only.
- All unit casters must be locked when unit is operating. Casters are provided for moving unit out of operating position for clean-
ing or maintenance only.
- Never put wet parts into the freezer. The parts could freeze together and cause damage to the machine.

3.9 CLEAN NON-REMOVABLE COMPONENTS
Wipe down with a soft rag, sanitize and dry the freezer interior and the chute doors.
Tip
: The chute doors are springloaded and hinged. You can gently push them open to fully clean the chute doors and hinged silicon
fries bucket.
Wipe down and sanitize the back and sides of the fry basket loading area and cross-bar supports. Close the freezer door.
The F3D3’s internal, programmable thermostat maintains the correct frozen
fries storage temperature range, which is: 0° to –10° F or -18 to -23°C. When
the main power switch is turned on, the left dispensing lane LCD display will
show current freezer temperature (upper-right) and begin tracking tempera-
ture pull-down to operating temperature.
