BASIC TROUBLESHOOTING
11.1 COMMON DISPLAY ERROR MESSAGES & CORRECTIVE ACTIONS
DISPLAY SCREEN ERROR MESSAGE
CAUSE/ACTION
Low Product Warning
1. Add fries to hopper
or:
2. Continue dispensing until Error Message 4 appears.
Error 2 – No Bucket
1. Check assembly of rubber dispense bucket and loading doors.
2. Press flashing button under word: Reset.
Error 4 – Hopper Empty
1. Hopper is empty. Fill with fries
or
2. Check Hopper for a bridge of frozen fries.
3. Press flashing button under word: Reset.
Error 7 – Doors Stuck
1. Check rubber Hopper and doors for obstructions.
2. Press flashing button under word: Reset.

LONG PERIODS OF NON-OPERATION
Turn off the unit with the main switch or pull the plug out.
Remove all food from the unit, clean the interior and accessories.
Leave the doors and drawers slightly open so that the air can circulate properly.
Use a cloth to apply a thin protective layer of Vaseline oil on the metal surfaces, and air the interior regularly.
