Browse to the Truck Pro. Windows users can go to ‘Computer’ and locate the
appropriate icon. It will be displayed under ‘Devices with Removable Storage’ with the
volume label beginning with “TRK”. Mac users may see a new icon appear on the
desktop. Otherwise, locate the device through Finder.

Open the Truck Pro icon to view the contents. You should see two folders: “Sounds”
and “Settings”. Open the “Settings” folder.

Locate the file “settings.dat” and open it with a text editor. Look for the line that
shows “ADDR 5”. The 5 represents the channel of operation. Change the 5 to a new
value for the channel you wish to use. Choices range from 0 – 15.

Save the file.

Disconnect the Truck Pro from the computer.

Truck Pro Remote Control Detailed Overview
This chapter provides a more detailed oriented overview of the Truck Pro remote. The model
number for the Truck Pro Remote is “TX1000”. In this manual, we tend to refer to the remote as
“Truck Pro Remote”, but you will encounter “TX1000” later on as it referenced in specific menu
options.
4-1 What are FOX FEATURES?
Throughout this section, you will encounter various features referred to as “Fox Features”. This
group of features includes: FOXFUSION, FOXBANG, FOXCAST, FOXMOTION, FOXPITCH, FOXGRIP,
and FOXDATA. These features are explained thoroughly in this section.
4-2 Turning on the Truck Pro Remote
After installing batteries as indicated in Chapter 1, you can turn on the Truck Pro remote by
pushing and holding the power button for approximately 1-2 seconds. An initial startup screen
will appear displaying the FOXPRO logo and remote version information. After the initial startup
sequence is complete, the main sound selections screen will appear.

The Truck Pro Remote has a scroll up and scroll down button for cycling through the on-screen
display. A selected menu item is highlighted by a horizontal bar, and by pressing the scroll up or
