Default configuration is recommended here. If IGMP snooping needs to be
configured, the source address for forwarded IGMP messages can be 0.0.0.0. If it is
required by the upstream that IGMP messages should use the same network address, the
source address of IGMP messages should be configured to be the same with upstream.
