WARNING! The car seatbelt must never be used to fasten a passenger without having first removed the buckle of the SET
OMOLOGATO AUTO: it could be hazardous!
To remove the buckle from the car seatbelt, loosen the hole of the belt (Fig. 29), turn the red bar and remove the buckle
(Fig. 30).
HOW TO SECURE THE CARRYCOT IN THE CAR
With the car kit buckles already secured to the car seatbelt
To fasten the carrycot to the car seat once again, with the two buckles already attached to the car seatbelt, carry out the
following procedures:
Fasten the car seatbelts, making sure that they are fastened correctly, see the paragraph HOW TO SECURE THE CARRYCOT
IN THE CAR, first installation.
Secure the buckles to the carrycot, refer to the paragraph “HOW TO FIT THE SET OMOLOGATO AUTO on the carrycot – Buck-
les for car seatbelts”.
Pull the car seatbelt towards the retracting device, pushing the carrycot against the car seat (Fig. 21).
WARNING! Make sure the carrycot is fitted close against the car seat.
WARNING! Make sure the belts are taut (Fig. 22).

How to remove the lap belt
Open the belt by pulling the outside strip (Fig. 23).
Remove the belt, without the padding, first from the right-hand hole at the bottom and then from the left-hand hole at the
top (Fig. 31).
How to remove the buckles from the car seatbelt
Pull the red tab of the buckle outwards and lift the buckle upwards (Fig. 28).
MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
Clean the seatbelt and the buckles only by hand, using a cloth dampened with water. Do not use solvents or other deter-
gents.
WARNING! Check all the parts of the carrycot and the SET OMOLOGATO AUTO periodically, making sure that none of the
parts are damaged or worn.
WARNINGS: READ BEFORE THE JOURNEY
• These instructions must be kept carefully with the product and available for reference.
• The product must be fitted following the instructions given very carefully.
• Never fasten the product using a car seatbelt with just two anchoring points.
• Only fit the product on car seats that have been installed correctly on the car chassis and are forward facing.
• Do not leave folding, tipping or rotating car seats without fastening them in place and make sure that no objects are
transported in the car without being secured, especially on the rear shelf: in the event of an accident or if the brakes are
applied suddenly, the objects could hit and injure passengers.
• Fit the product in such a way that a moving seat or door cannot interfere with it. Do not allow any part of the product to
be trapped in the car door or rub against sharp objects.
• Always check that the car seatbelt is taut, that it is not twisted or in incorrect positions.
• Do not use the product if any parts are broken or missing.
• Never place any object (cushions, blankets etc.) between the car seat and the carrycot or between the carrycot and the
baby.
• Never place heavy objects on top of the product.
• Make sure that all the car passengers use a seatbelt for their own safety and also because during a journey they could hit
the child in the event of an accident or if the brakes are applied suddenly.
• Keep plastic bags out of baby’s reach to avoid the risk of suffocation.
• Check the state of wear of the product regularly and look for any signs of damage. If any part should be damaged, no
longer use the product and keep it out of children’s reach.
• When baby is not being transported in the car, the carrycot must remain secured on the car seat or it should be placed in
the boot of the car.
