Turn the knob to change the horizontal phase adjustment. The output NTSC/PAL video will be affected by each 
movement of the knob. When done, press SEL to save the value or ESC to stop changing the Horizontal Genlock 
Phase and return to the previous Genlock Menu. 
 
 

Genlock Sub Carrier Phase Adjustment 

The sub carrier phase adjustment allows color frame synchronization and correct color reproduction. This function is 
only available if the Genlock source is enabled. Selecting 

Sub carrier Phase Adj 

will display the following control to 

adjust the sub carrier phase in steps of 1.41 degrees: 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Turn the knob to change the sub carrier phase adjustment. The movement of the knob will affect the output 
NTSC/PAL video. When done, press SEL to save the value or ESC to stop changing the Sub carrier Genlock Phase 
and return to the previous menu. 

ViewMAX-PRO (only) Features 

Mixer Source Selection  

The following menu is available on the ViewMAX-PRO model to select one of six background video source types.  
This function is used with the Glck/Mx menu selection and the KeyClr menu selection to control the mixing functions. 
This menu is selected by highlighting MxSrc on the Configuration Menu and pressing SEL.

D1 – Selects the D1 serial digital video input connected to the D1 Mixer Input BNC connector

Composite – Selects a composite 1-wire video input connected to the Y/Comp Mixer Input BNC connector

S-Video – Selects the Y/C video input connected to the Y/C Mixer Input BNC connector 

‰

 

YUV – Selects the YUV video input connected to the Y, U, and V Mixer Input BNC connectors 

‰

 

RGB – Selects the RGB video input connected to the Y, U, and V Mixer Input BNC connectors 

‰

 

RGBS – Selects the RGB and Sync video input connected to the Y, U, V, and Genlock BNC connectors
