1 Introduction

owing to defects in the product which were not predictable or for any indirect damages.
PIOX R400 is a very reliable instrument. It is manufactured under strict quality control, using modern production
techniques. If installed as recommended in an appropriate location, used cautiously and taken care of conscien-
tiously, no troubles should appear.
If any problem appears which can not be solved with the help of this user manual, contact our sales office giving a
precise description of the problem. Specify the type, serial number and firmware version of the instrument (see
section 4.2).
