GENERAL TERMS OF OUR WARRANTY
Through means of this document, FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS, S.L.U., concedes a commercial warranty, hereafter CW, for the products it sells, in accordance with the
conditions described below:
1. The detail and scope of this CW is determined by the repair, cost of the spare parts, labour and, if applicable, the replacement of the product protected by the same within
the territory of the European Union. Sales made outside the European Union are not included within the scope of this warranty unless expressly agreed by FIORA BATH
COLLECTIONS, S.L.U.
2. The repair or replacement of any non-compliant part, as well as subsequent modifications requested by the client, should be undertaken by authorised FIORA BATH
COLLECTIONS, S.L.U. staff. In this case, FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS, S.L.U. will respond to the lack of conformity that led to the repair or replacement during the first 6
months after the repair or replacement.
3. The duration of the CW is 5 years from the invoice or receipt date of the purchase or, if applicable, the delivery note should its date be later than that of the aforementioned
documents.
4. As an exception to the previous paragraph, the validity period of the CW for all products which have been on display at the SELLER’S premises is 1 year without prejudice
to the legal warranty period granted by the SELLER. The holder of this CW must prove its validity with the purchase invoice for the article or the deeds for the property
where this article is found.
5. FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS, S.L.U. guarantees its products and components against any conformity flaw, provided that they have been correctly installed (in compliance
with the standard in force and the instructions indicated for their assembly, maintenance and conservation) and that they have been used correctly and as their design
intended.
6. The consumer will accompany this warranty document, duly completed, with the invoice or receipt of purchase for the product.
7. Consumable articles (bulbs, fluorescent tubes, halogen lights, rubber elements, joints, etc.) are not covered by this warranty.
8. The following is excluded from this CW:
a. Damage resulting from transport, if not carried out by FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS, S.L.U.
b. Damage resulting from incorrect installation, handling or repairs performed by staff not authorised by FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS, S.L.U., as well as damage due
to natural wear, poor treatment, and use and maintenance which is incorrect, unsuitable, abnormal or different from usual and/or to that indicated in the relevant
instructions.
c. Damage caused by dirt, incrustations, calcification or other physical, chemical or electrochemical defects.
d. Damage which, viewed objectively, cannot be attributed to the manufacturer.
e. For shower trays and wall panels, check the dimensions, colour, flatness, etc. before proceeding to install. Complaints arising due to these reasons will not be accepted
once the products are installed.
f. For shower trays,
prior to completing the floor tiling and fitting any other element on the shower tray, the fitter must check that the installation is correct
and verify that the tray drains perfectly.
Should this verification not be completed correctly, FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS, S.L.U. will not bear the costs resulting
from replacing the elements fitted on the trays such as shower screens or ceramics.
g. Damage due to interventions or modifications to the products carried out by the purchaser or somebody unauthorised to do so by FIORA BATH COLLECTIONS, S.L.U,
such as the cutting of shower trays without following the indications described in the instructions regarding the minimum cutting distance in relation to the drain or
the rounding of corners in concave interior cuts.
9. In the event that the product delivered to the consumer is not in compliance with the product sales contract according to the provisions of article 125 of Legislative Royal
Decree 1/2007 of 16th November 2007, the consumer must inform the SELLER of this lack of conformity within two months of ascertaining this. Likewise,
in order to
exercise product replacement rights, reduce the price or, if applicable, cancel the sales contract, the consumer must contact the SELLER of the product.
10. This warranty does not affect the consumer’s legal rights as granted to them in Legislative Royal Decree 1/2007 of 16th November 2007 in the case of the Kingdom of
Spain or those in Directive 1999/44/EC of 25th May 1999 and their transposition to respective national laws.
CONDITIONS FOR USE AND MAINTENANCE
BATHROOM FURNITURE
Our products are manufactured primarily using five materials:
Furniture fronts and sides:
These are materials which are highly resistant to moisture, the absorption capacity of which is zero thus they can be cleaned using a moistened
cloth with water or a general cleaning product available in supermarkets. FOR CLEANING DO NOT USE PRODUCTS WHICH CONTAIN SOLVENTS OR ABRASIVE ELEMENTS.
Furniture tops, consoles and wash hand basins:
For routine cleaning, after use, simply rinse the part with water.
For thorough cleaning, rinse the piece with water and any other commercial product for cleaning bathrooms on the market and clean using a cloth or a non-abrasive sponge.
It is advisable to avoid the use of cleaning or disinfecting products which contain alcohol.
Abrasive products (scourers, cloths or similar) are not suitable either as they
may damage the surface.
In terms of maintenance, an anti-scalant product in the form of a spray can be used for cleaning shower screens or similar; these products should be applied to the wash
hand basin and then rinsed, the use of said products is especially advisable in areas or communities with very hard water.

IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO SEAL THE ENTIRE PERIMETER OF THE FURNITURE TOP WHICH IS IN CONTACT WITH THE FURNITURE TO PREVENT WATER FROM ENTE-
RING AND COMING INTO CONTACT WITH THE FURNITURE PARTS MADE OF MDF. ENSURE THAT THE PERSON INSTALLING THE COMPONENT DOES SO FOLLOWING
OUR INSTRUCTIONS.
Mirrors:
The glass must be dried thoroughly when wet. For cleaning, commercial glass cleaning products should be used.
