In the case of lacquered sections or pieces (front and side covers, shelves etc.) it may often be advisable to send in a sample of the material to produce an exact colour match
as light, steam and atmospheric conditions may produce slight variations in colouration over time.
The drawer does not shut completely and the brake doesn’t work.
In such cases please follow the steps listed below:
1. Take out the drawer and locate the pins as shown.
2. Press the pins tight. They should stay in the position
as shown.
3. Extract the drawer pulling upwards and outwards.
4. Check that the edges of the runners are not in the
condition shown in the picture.
5. Once identified, pull up the edges until they are in
this position.
6. Reposition the drawer in place, until it clicks on the
pin and then close.
