5. Pressurize the DGP(L)-...-B as follows:
– First pressurize both sides
simultaneously. The slide will move
forwards at first until it comes to rest
at a position.
– Then exhaust one side.
The slide will move to an end position.
In this way you can prevent excessive
stress to the DGP(L)-...-B and to the
compressed air system.
6. Carry out a test run.
7. Check during the test run whether or
not the following settings on the
DGP(L)-...-B need to be modified:
– the speed of the moveable mass
– the end position cushioning.
(allowed only with DGP(L)-18...-80).
Loads projecting beyond the length of
the slide:
In this case the following screws may
be adjusted only when the DGP(L)-...-B
has stopped:
– the adjusting screws for the one-way
flow control valves
– the adjusting screws for the end
position cushioning.
5. Belüften Sie den DGP(L)-...-B
folgendermaßen:
– Gleichzeitige Belüftung beider Seiten.
Der Schlitten bewegt sich zunächst
geringfügig vorwärts bis er in einer
Stellung stehen bleibt.
– Anschließende Entlüftung einer Seite.
Der Läufer fährt in eine Endlage.
So verhindern Sie hohe Belastungen
am DGP(L)-...-B und im Druckluftnetz.
6. Starten Sie einen Probelauf.
7. Prüfen Sie im Probelauf, ob am
DGP(L)-...-B folgende Einstellungen zu
verändern sind:
– die Geschwindigkeit der beweglichen
Masse.
– die Endlagendämpfung
(nur bei DGP(L)-18...-80 zulässig).
Bei Massen, die in Längsrichtung über
den Schlitten ragen:
In diesem Fall dürfen folgende Schrau-
ben nur bei Stillstand des DGP(L)-...-B
verdreht werden:
– die Stellschrauben für die Drossel-
Rückschlag-Ventile
– die Stellschrauben für die Endlagen-
dämpfung.
