ABOUT YOUR VEHICLE
8 - Warning lights
If a failure warning light comes on
while driving, have the necessary
checks performed by the
Ferrari Service
Network.
In addition to turning on for a self-check
before starting, the warning lights may
illuminate in the following cases:
ABS
While driving, to indicate a
malfunction in the ABS system.
The standard braking system remains
functional - contact the
Ferrari Service
Network.
Brake failure
To indicate low brake/clutch fluid
in the tank.
To indicate excessive wear of the front
brake pads.
If the ABS warning light and the ASR
symbol turn on simultaneously on the
multi-function display, they indicate
a failure of the electronic brake force
distributor (EBD).
If the warning light turns on while driving,
stop the vehicle, check the level of fluid in
the tank and contact the
Ferrari Service
Network.
Parking brake
When the parking brake is engaged.
Airbag
While driving, to indicate a
malfunction in the Airbag system and/or
in the seat belt pretensioners.
If the warning light does not turn on
for the self-check or if it turns on while
driving, contact the
Ferrari Service
Network immediately.
“F1” gearbox failure
Warning light permanently lit and with
acoustic alarm: an operating error has
occurred in the “F1” gearbox.
If the failure still permits it, free the road
and contact the
Ferrari Service Network .
Flashing warning light: low pressure in
the system.
