with special grease 0 40 106 0100 1 and mount with a
turning movement. Push the second distance disc
(350) onto the shaft (340) as far as the internal geared
screw (320).
5.4
Assembling the nibbler/motor housing assy.
5.4.1
Grease the teeth of the spur wheel ass. (410) and
armature pinion with special grease 0 40 118 0300 9.
Place the pre-mounted end plate with inserted sealing
(290) onto the intermediate bearing (200) and screw
using fillister head screws (430).
5.4.2
Insert the cylindrical pin (420) on the housing side into
the end plate (400).
5.4.3
Grease the teeth of the internal geared wheel (320)
with special grease 0 40 106 0100 1. Mount the pre-
mounted housing onto the end plate (400). Tighten
the shaft with 24 Nm. Place on the covering cap (341).
5.4.4
Grease the punch guide in the die support (370) with
special grease 040 119 0500 7.
5.4.5
Insert the die (390) into the punch and turn
appropriately to match the die support. Insert the die
support (370) turned through 45
°
to the cutting
direction, into the housing (300), press to the limit
stop and turn to the cutting direction.
5.4.6
Screw in the slide lock ass. (360) and make sure that
the cone of the die support (370) grips.
5.5
Setting the cutting direction
— Turn the slide lock (360) anti-clockwise through 90
°
.
— Turn the die support (370) to the required cutting
direction.
— Turn the slide lock clockwise through 90
°
.
5.6

°
and lock in
position.
If increased feed is required to guide the power tool
or if no-load strokes occur, the punch in blunt; replace
the punch.
To ensure an optimum cutting result, replace both the
die and the punch.
The punch can be reground. The angle of the face
must be 5
°
. The minimum length is 51.5 mm; replace
