Chargeable pickup of the faulty component organized by FAZUA
• Transport service: Dachser (except for components classed as dangerous goods = ENERGY!) / UPS
(for all other components)
• The pickup date and tracking number can be obtained from your local FAZUA Service employee.
• The parcel label will be given to you on the pickup day by the logistics service provider
Diagnosis, repair, and shipping of the component
• As a FAZUA Certified Partner, we guarantee you a processing time of 48 hours from receipt of
goods.
Invoicing
• The invoice is enclosed with the return shipment.

• The feedback questionnaire can be found attached to your ticket email.
