Attention: RIDE 50 only!
If you have a DRIVEPACK with a screwed USB cap, reattach it with
a Torx 10 screwdriver
As soon as you insert the DRIVEPACK into the e-bike,
the remote is also automatically updated (if required).
REMOTE

In the event of an update, all LEDs on the
REMOTE flash white.
REMOTE FX, BX, RX
:
In the event of an update, the top
and bottom LEDs alternately flash white.
ATTENTION! The RIDE 50 DRIVEPACK must not be used without a USB cap. This would mean the
system is no longer waterproof and damage is therefore inevitable. This damage voids the
warranty!
3.9.1 RIDE 50 DRIVEPACK with software that is too old
If the software version on the RIDE 50 DRIVEPACK is too old, the firmware update may fail. If this happens,
proceed as follows:

Remove the DRIVEPACK from the e-bike (if it is still in the e-bike)

Remove the battery from the DRIVEPACK

Click

Select Firmware

Shortly after, remove the USB cable from the DRIVEPACK

Plug the USB cable back in again and immediately click on the
Update
button

If the update fails, repeat the process from step
