1.4 Access credentials (ID and password)
You need a personal ID and password to use the software. If you haven’t got your access credentials yet,
you can request it again via your profile in your B2B portal.
The software cannot save your ID and password – they must be entered again each time the
software is restarted.
1.5 Preparing the e-bike for diagnostics
Before connecting the e-bike to your PC, please ensure that all components in the e-bike have
been inserted and the battery is switched on!
You need the following tools for the steps to prepare for diagnostics described here:

Switching on the battery
Connect your computer to the LED HUB of
your e-bike using the USB-C cable
Start the FAZUA Toolbox on your computer
by double-clicking on the desktop icon
and log on with your ID and password.
