DEALER REIMBURSEMENT
To compensate you for your service costs, FAZUA will automatically transfer you a service allowance once
you‘ve sent us the defective component. The final amount of the dealer reimbursement depends on two
things: The actual component sent to us, and whether you‘re servicing an e-bike from your own store or
one from another dealer. This means that with FAZUA, it pays to work on e-bikes from other dealers, too!

SERVICE BUNDLE
As a FAZUA Premium Partner, you can get a service bundle via our online shop. This allows you to localize
defective components by carrying out a cross-check and these components can also be loaned to your
customers, meaning that they’ll still have a fully functioning e-bike while their components are being
repaired.

After attending your training, as a dealer, you can purchase exclusive promotional material from our online
