Hardware Description
GO-Line
The system-wide open-drain wired-AND 'GO-Line' enables any connected device to start and stop all
participating measurment equipment simultanously. The 'GO' line may be enabled, disabled, set and reset
under software control.
3.3 MCA section, Analog-to-Digital Converter
The 16bit analog to digital converter samples the input signals at a continous 125MHz rate.
The data can be evaluated in several ways. Each input channel might be configured independently.

Scope mode
•
Pulse height analysis (PHA)
•
Sampled voltage analysis (SVA)
3.3.1 Scope mode
After a trigger event scope pictures of 4k, 8k, 16k or 32k data samples are acquired.
The trigger source can be chosen from channel 1, 2, 3, 4 or external (START input). The trigger edge (rising
or falling) is also selectable.
