IMPORTANT
Take note of tine orientation in regards to direction
of rotation when replacing rake wheels or tines.
Tines angle away from the direction of rotation.
Chain / Spring
Periodically check all chain links and springs for
wear or damage.

Attach chain (Item 1) and quick link (Item 2) to the
top hole of the rake arm bracket (Item 3)

Attach spring (Item 1) to the quick link (Item 2)
attached to the bracket. Attach the opposite end of
the spring to the chain using one quick link (Item
3)

Rake Wheels
Rake Wheels / Tines
Periodically check all rake tines for wear or damage.

Rake Wheels
Remove the 3/8” x 1-1/4” hex bolts (Item 1), 3/8”
flat washers, and 3/8” lock nuts from the rake
wheel. Replace the rake wheel

Rake Tines
Find the retaining plate that secures the tine to
be removed. Remove the two carriage bolts (Item
2) and lock nuts (Item 3) from the retaining plate.
Replace the tine
