Position the mounting plates of the LH (Item 1) and
RH (Item 2) light assemblies on top of the brackets
of the rear axle (Item 3)
[Figure 9] .
Position the brackets of the LH (Item 4) and RH
(Item 5) axle supports beneath the brackets of the
rear axle (Item 3)
[Figure 9] .
Attach each axle support and light bracket to the
rear axle using four 3/4” x 2-1/4” hex bolts, eight
3/4” flat washers (both sides), and four 3/4” lock
nuts.
Position the wing pivots (Item 6) to the LH and RH
axle support mounts. Slide one joint pin (Item 7)
and shims through the mounts and pivot. Attach
the pin to the mount using one 5/16” x 3” hex bolt
and 5/16” lock nut

Position the LH (Item 1) and RH (Item 2) wing
frames within the pivots (Item 3). Slide one joint
pin (Item 4) through each pivot and wing frame.
Attach the pin to the pivot using one 5/16” x 3” hex
bolt and 5/16” lock nut

Position the end bracket (Item 5) of the center
frame and end plate (Item 6) on either side of the
rear axle (Item 7)
[Figure 10] .
Align the six holes of the bracket and plate. Place
six 3/4” x 7-1/2” hex bolts through the holes.
Align the holes of one 16” link (Item 8) to the two
center bolts
[Figure 10] .
Check that the center frame is centered on the axle.
Attach the six 3/4” x 7-1/2” hex bolts using twelve
3/4” flat washers (both sides), and six 3/4” lock
nuts.
Attach one SMV sign (Item 9) to the 16” link using
two 1/4” x 3/4” hex bolts, four 1/4” flat washers,
and two 1/4” lock nuts
