Torx T-10 Screwdriver, No. 2 Phillips Screw

Estimated Repair Time:

10 to 20 minutes.

Steps Procedure

Caution No. 1:

Turn off the Printer and unplug the power cord from

the Printer.

Caution No. 2:

Use caution when replacing the Top Cover Assembly

(see above) because the Lid Sensor Switch can break off.

If your Printer is equipped with a Magnetic Head Assembly, remove the
Assembly prior to performing this procedure. See
