Gear (D900047) (continued) 

Steps Procedure

Use a Small flat head screwdriver to remove the retaining clip (140063) from the 
Stepper Motor Idler Pulley (D840888) 

8

Loosen but do not remove the Stepper Motor Idler Pulley tension set screw. 

9

Carefully slide of both the Stepper Motor Idler Pulley (D840888) and the Platen 
Roller Drive Gear (D900047) at the same time.
