HOW TO RESUME A CALL
This function allows for resuming the call in hold-on.
Operation
Extension A is having a conversation with extension B (or external line), while extension
C (or external line) is in hold-on. To resume the call in hold-on:
wait until B hangs up (if it is an extension)
- call C in hold-on is automatically resumed
or
press FLASH (dialling tone)
- call B is put in hold-on
press FLASH again
- call B is resumed
or
press FLASH (dialling tone)
- call B is put in hold-on
dial 2
- call B is ended
- call C is resumed
or
press FLASH (dialling tone)
- call B is put in hold-on
dial 3
- call B is put in hold-on
- call C is resumed
In summary:
press FLASH twice to put call B in hold-on and resume it
press FLASH + 2 to resume call C and end call B
press FLASH + 3 to resume call C and put call B in hold-on

EXCLUSIVE PARKING
This function allows for parking the external line in hold-on.
Operation
To park the external call in hold-on:
press FLASH
- dialling tone; the call is put in hold-on
dial 75
- acknowledgement tone; the external call is put in exclusive
parking and other operations can be carried out.
To resume the parked call:
pick the handset of the extension which has parked the call
- dialling tone
dial 75
- the parked call is resumed.
Note
If the external call is parked for more than 50 seconds, the PABX
generates a return call to the extension that carried out the operation.
COMMON PARKING
This function allows for parking the external line in hold-on, making it available for any
telephone:
Operation
To park the external call in hold-on:
press FLASH
- dialling tone; the call is put in hold-on
dial 76
- acknowledgement tone; the external call is put in common
parking and other operations can be carried out.
To resume the parked call:
pick the handset of any extension
- dialling tone
dial 76
- the parked call is resumed.
Notes
If the external call is parked for more than 50 seconds, the PABX generates a return call
to the extension which carried out the operation.
The parked call can be resumed from any extension.
