THREE-WAY CONFERENCE
This function allows for conversation with three internal users or two internal and one
external user.
Operation
During the external/internal conversation:
press FLASH
- dialling tone
- hold-on tone for the external/internal user
dial the desired extension number
dial FLASH + 5 when the extension answers
Conference tone and the three-way conference starts.
ROOM MONITOR (environmental control)
This function allows for listening to voices and noises from other rooms (i.e. the baby’s
room).
Operation
pick up the handset of the room to be monitored; dissuasion tone after 10 seconds.
pick up the handset of any other extension
dial 730
dial the extension number to be monitored
Voices and noises coming from the extension can be heard. The extension stops receiving
the dissuasion tone.
To end the service, hang up the handset of the monitored extension.

PERSONAL SERVICES
The “do not disturb”, “follow me” and “timed follow me” services can be activated one at
a time, dialling the proper code. Activation/deactivation must be carried out from the
telephone requesting the services. For information about enabling personal services
see page 13.
DO NOT DISTURB
This function allows for disabling the ring function for all incoming calls and sending the
dissuasion tone to the calling users (if programmed).
To enable the service:
pick up the handset (dialling tone)
dial 72 (acknowledgement tone)
hang up.
To resume the ring function:
pick up the handset (dialling tone)
dial 70 (acknowledgement tone)
hang up.
FOLLOW ME
This function allows to switch all incoming calls directed to a specific user to another
extension (if programmed).
To enable the service:
pick up the handset (dialling tone)
dial 731
dial the extension number to switch the
calls (acknowledgement tone)
hang up.
To resume the ring function:
pick up the handset (dialling tone)
dial 70 (acknowledgement tone)
hang up.
