GARANZIA:
1- La garanzia ha lo scopo di assicurare l'acquirente
contro qualunque difetto di fabbricazione.
La durata è di un anno a partire dalla data di
acquisto documentabile. Durante questo periodo
la garanzia è totale, comprensiva di pezzi e
manodopera. La garanzia è presso il laboratorio
del rivenditore, sono quindi escluse le spese di
trasporto che sono a carico del cliente. Le parti
eventualmente sostituite diventano di proprietà
esclusiva del rivenditore.
2- La garanzia non copre le riparazioni necessarie in
seguito a: a- rotture causate da urti e cadute;
b- allacciamenti a tensioni o voltaggi elettrici più
elevati rispetto a quella indicata; c- usura normale
dell'apparecchio; d- le parti danneggiate per incuria
elo manomissione.
3- Nel quadro di questa garanzia il rivenditore non
potra essere ritenuto responsabile per danni
materiali o per incidenti a persone, conseguenti
ad un'installazione non conforme alle norme di
sicurezza in vigore ed in particolare per: a- presa
di corrente difettosa, assenza di presa a terra, ecc.
b- non idoneità del prodotto per l'uso al quale
intende destinarlo l'acquirente.
GUARANTEE:
1- This product is guaranteed against manufacturing
defects for a period of one year from the date of
purchase - parts and labour free of charge. As the
purchaser and the retailer agreed on this guarantee,
this product is carriage forward. The retailer has
the exclusive rights of ownership for any replaced
part.
2- This guarantee does not cover repairs undertaken
for: a- breakage due to crashing or falling of the
product; b- connections to a higher current or
voltage than it is indicated; c- normal wear and
tear of the product; d- damage of parts due to
negligence and/or misuse of the product.
3- Within the guarantee period, the retailer is not
responsable for material damages or accidents
due to any installation not in accordance with the
safety standards of the country where the product
is used, and in particular to: a- damaged plugs,
lack of earth connection, etc; b- misuse of the
appliance by the purchaser.
