11.8   Power   Current   Levels:   

11.10   Console   Battery   Charging:   

Battery   output   current   level   in   
Segment   8   indicates   how   much   of   the   
motor   power   you   are   using   at   any   
given   moment.   (   +   assistance   modes)   

Battery   regeneration   current   level   in   
Segment   6   indicates   how   much   of   the      
regeneration   power   is   being   used   at   
any   given   moment.   (   –   assistance   
modes)   

11.9   Backlight:   

Hx-­‐   Display   provides   the   backlight   
functionality.   
Hold   key   4   for   2   seconds,   which   
initiates   the   function   of   back   light.   
This   automatically   switches   off   after   
7-­‐10   seconds   

Disconnect   the   buttons   from   the   
console   and   remove   from   handle   
bars.   Connect   all   components   shown   
into   their   respective   connection   
points.   
   
Plug   the   charger   into   the   mains   wall   
socket   and   turn   on   the   mains   power.   
The   LED   Charge   indicator   will   turn   
red   to   show   that   the   Console   is   
being   charged.   When   the   battery   is   
fully   charged   the   indicator   LED   will   
turn   green.   
   
Once   the   Console   is   fully   charged   
disconnect   it   from   the   charger   and   
refit   it   to   the   bike   ready   to   ride   or   
store   in   a   warm   dry   environment   
until   needed.
