Step   Six:   

As   with   any   wheel   replacement,   you   should   check   gear   and   brake   alignment   
and   adjust   accordingly   to   allow   correct   function   as   per   the   manufacturers   
instructions.      

   

Note:   If   gears   or   brake   are   not   set-­‐up   properly   this   could   result   in   damage   to   
your   Falco   e-­‐motor   system   and   other   bike   components,   severe   injury   or   
death.   

Steps   Four   &   Five:   

Fit   appropriate   torque   “arm”   to   the   torque   base   and   attach   the   arm   to   a   fixing   
point   on   the   frame.      
   
Secure   the   motor   cables   to   the   frame   with   zip   ties   as   far   up   as   the   power   
connector.      When   secured   trim   excess   zip   tie   material.   
   

Tip:   It   is   usually   best   to   attach   the   torque   “arm”   to   either   a   disc   brake   mount   or   
pannier   mount   hole.
