Remove the tape from the top edge of the footbox section and lower the vinyl down.  Mask off any area 
that could get overspray on it. 
 

 

 
Before spraying, pay close attention to how the Super 77 sprays so you don’t accidentally spray in the 
wrong direction onto the black side of the vinyl when you get close to the edges. Spray the aluminum and 
the backing of the vinyl.  Allow the adhesive to tack up.  Put the panel back into place.  If the vinyl sticks 
to itself or to the aluminum before you line it up with the top of the aluminum you can pull it back, even it 
out and re-apply it to the aluminum – the Super 77 will still hold the material in place.
