Trace the outline of the 1” and 1.5” square steel tubes.  Remove the panel.  Following the same procedure 
as in the Aluminum Panel Prep section, measure the locations for the rivets and drill out the panel.  You 
will not mount this panel until later in the build (See photo from previous step). 
Apply a bead of silicon to the frame rails the battery tray sits on and rivet the tray on with long 3/16” 
rivets (Non-Air conditioning build shown.  If A/C were being used, battery tray would be offset to driver 
side – see step one).
