Loosen the tie-rods (Fig. 23 ref.

protective housing (Fig. 23 ref.

Remove the upper tie-rod and be careful with the
O-ring that must remain it its seat.
Remove all spacers, if present (Fig. 25).

Tilt the operator upward as much as possible.
D o n o t f o r c e t h e r e a r f i t t i n g t o o m u c h .

Supply the operator with power and move the stem
repeatedly, in and out, for all its stroke, until reaching a
smooth movement (Fig. 27).
After bleeding, repeat the operations described above in
reverse order.
