vention of accidents.

GENERAL SAFETY WARNINGS

Attention! Never use the vacuum cleaner

without dust bag or filter.

f

Do not use outdoors.

f

Do not leave vacuum cleaner when plugged in. Turn

off the switch and unplug the electrical cord when you

are not using it and before maintenance.

f

Do not allow to be used as a toy. Close attention is nec-

essary when used near children.

f

Do not handle plug or vacuum cleaner with wet hands

or operate without shoes.

f

Keep the vacuum cleaner clean, free of dust, hair and

anything that may reduce airflow.

f

This vacuum cleaner creates suction and contains a

revolving brush roll. Keep hair, loose clothing and all

parts of body away from openings and moving parts.

f

Do not wipe anything that is burning or smoking, such

as cigarettes, matches, or hot ashes.

f

Do not use to pick up flammable or combustible liq

cleaning on stairs.

f

Keep vacuum cleaner away from ovens and stoves, etc.

f

ELECTRICAL SAFETY

f

Power tool plugs must match the outlet. Never modify

the plug in any way. Do not use any adapter plugs with

earthed  (grounded)  power  tools.  Unmodified  plugs

and matching outlets will reduce risk of electric shock.

f

Do not abuse the cord. Never use the cord for carrying,

pulling or unplugging the power tool. Keep cord away

from heat, oil, sharp edges and moving parts. Damaged

or entangled cords increase the risk of electric shock.

f

Do not unplug by pulling on cord. To unplug, grasp

the plug, not the cord.

f

If the cord is damaged, it must be replaced by a quali-

fied person in order to avoid any hazard.

GUIDELINES FOR USING EXTENSION CORDS

f

Make sure your extension cord is in good condition.

When using an extension cord, be sure to use one

heavy enough to carry the current your product will

draw. An undersized cord will cause a drop in line

voltage resulting in loss of power and overheating.

f

Always replace a damaged extension cord or have

it repaired by a qualified person before using it.

f

Protect your extension cords from sharp objects,

excessive heat and damp/wet areas.

Warning:
