NOTE:
EDID for 4096 x 2160 is not possible using native or preferred timings (4095 maximum
active pixels). All factory EDIDs include a VIC (Video Identification Code) in the EDID CEA
extension block, so if 4096 x 2160 EDID is desired, it is recommended that EDID is configured
for 3840 x 2160 @ the desired vertical refresh rate.
