The upper piston automatically positions
itself according to the desired selection
(espresso or fresh brew).
CUP SENSOR
Some models are fitted with a cup sen
-
sor which detects the presence of cups or
glasses in the cup holder or compartment.
The emitter must be kept clean in order to
ensure that it works properly.
DISPENSING COMPARTMENT
LIGHTING
Some models have dispensing compart-
ment lighting.
The lights turn on when a selection is being
dispensed; they remain lit for a few seconds
after the beverage has finished being dis
-
pensed.
DISPENSING INSTANT
BEVERAGES
The dispensing cycles of the various selec-
tions are designed to obtain the best result
in terms of productivity and beverage qual-
ity.
Instant beverages are dispensed by follow-
ing a recipe where the ingredients (maxi-
mum of 4) are identified by a number and
the product name. They are described by
the amounts of water and product, in addi-
tion to the dispensing and blending times.
These values can be programmed via soft-
ware with the appropriate functions.
Even the dispensing order of the individual
ingredients within a recipe is programma-
ble.
The powder for chocolate-based selec-
tions is dispensed intermittently, whereas
the powder for coffee-based selections is
dispensed before the water.
Warning!
Make sure that the mixer is rinsed cor
-
rectly without leaving any powder resi-
due.
