Defines a block of data which will be sent in
broadcast mode, and in response to a
Sense Broadcast Block command.

Each bit represents a variable length block of data which is requested. Time and User Bits are
formatted according to the Select RDR Mode command above. The broadcast data blocks are
assembled in the following order:

Each bit represents a variable length block of data which is requested. Time and data are formatted
according to the Select RDR Mode command above. The bits are polled and return blocks are
